Peacefully, on Monday, January 5, 2026 at Port Perry Place in Port Perry, at age 79. Robert Faulkner, beloved husband of Donna Faulkner (nee Dowker). Devoted father of Lesley Faulkner (Ryan Blakely), and Erin Faulkner (Trevor March). Cherished grandfather of Beau River Blakely, and furbabies Fisher, Annie, Charlotte, and Taggart. Dear brother of Jim Faulkner of Windsor, and Ann Banfield of Mexico & Blenheim. Predeceased by his parents Ken and Mary Faulkner (nee Karn), and brother Ken Faulkner.

Bob was a graduate of the Royal Military College and Ryerson University where he played varsity hockey. He was proud to serve as a Civil Engineer with the Department of National Defence in Ottawa. Bob devoted many hours to coaching girls softball for the Rideau Osgoode Minor Softball Association in Manotick starting with girls aged 4 years old to taking a team to Provincials in Niagara Falls for 17 and 18 year olds. Summers during those years were always at the ball park – his favourite place to be. After retiring, Robert and Donna enjoyed many trips, visiting Hawaii, Scotland, Wales, England, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, San Francisco, cruising the Caribbean, as well as enjoying many years at their home in Four Lakes Golf Club in Florida.
